Wil Finley believes architecture is in a unique and powerful position to affect our daily lives. This belief leads to a collaborative design process which helps insure all spaces are uniquely tailored to the client’s specific wants and needs. Only by truly understanding and appreciating the importance of everyone’s lived experiences from the design team, the construction team, and the client will the project become more than just a sum of its parts. These relationships are often the difference between good and great projects.

Wil earned his degrees from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and after receiving his Masters in 2015, he began his career with H/S the same year.

When Wil isn’t in the office, he tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible, either running, golfing, or enjoying the patio of a local restaurant / bar. He is also a firm believer that daylight saving time should be permanent.
