Green Park at River Highlands
The Green Park is planned to be the first sustainable commercial development in the North Shore region. The development is planned in 3 phases and includes 17 buildings averaging 4000 s.f. each. The buildings will utilize sustainable strategies which will include daylight harvesting, proper solar orientation, exterior shading devices, solar power supplement, rain water collection and recycled material selection. The buildings will pursue LEED certification.
